Signal Scanner offers different subscription tiers with varying features and usage limits. Billing is processed through Square payment systems. Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.
Each subscription plan includes specific limits on AI platform analysis, brand tracking, and data refresh frequency. Usage counters reset monthly on the first day of each month. Excessive use beyond plan limits may result in service restrictions.
Free scans: The free homepage scan is rate-limited to one scan per IP address every 24 hours to prevent abuse. Repeated attempts to bypass this limit, automate the free scan, or submit business information you do not own or represent are violations of these Terms.

While we strive for accuracy, AI platform analysis results are based on automated queries and may not reflect all possible visibility scenarios. Results should be considered as insights and recommendations, not guarantees of performance or ranking improvements.
You agree not to:
We aim to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. AI platform availability and response times may affect our analysis capabilities. We provide fallback systems and error handling to maintain service continuity.

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the platform will cease, and your data will be handled according to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations of these terms.
We may update these terms as our service evolves. Significant changes will be communicated via email or platform notifications. Continued use of Signal Scanner after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

When you connect your Google data to Signal Scanner, the service requests read-only access using two OAuth scopes: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/analytics.readonly for Google Analytics, and https://www.googleapis.com/auth/webmasters.readonly for Google Search Console. Both scopes are requested only when you actively choose to connect your Google data to a brand, never at sign-in.
Google Analytics data is used to display your own GA4 performance metrics inside your Signal Scanner account. Google Search Console data is used to display your own Search Console metrics (real search queries, clicks, impressions, and average positions) inside your Signal Scanner account. Neither dataset is used for any purpose beyond operating the service for your account.
Signal Scanner's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell, use for advertising, or share your Google user data with any third party. Access is strictly read-only; we do not modify your Google Analytics or Google Search Console configuration. Your Google access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM encryption and are permanently deleted when you disconnect the integration or delete your account.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
